I had a mixed experience at Orchid Tel Aviv. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. While the breakfast spread was quite generous, the service was a major downside for me. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed disinterested, which affected my overall enjoyment.
